North Bound... Across the Border
Murals to remember the "Troubles" are painted along buildings within the city. U2's song "Sunday Bloody Sunday" seems to play in my head as I walk along the streets of Derry.
Martin was an amazing guide throughout the city, shining light on the darker parts of Derry's past but also the beauty of what the city has become.

Giant Causeway & Dunluce Castle
The Giant Causeway was one of my favorite spots on the tour! This is a definite must see, an Irish Legend to behold. Legend has it that a long time ago the giants of Ireland and Scotland were to battle and they started to build a causeway to meet in the middle. The Irish giant snuck over to Scotland and realized the other Giant was much bigger in size, he ran back to his wife for help. She had him dress as a baby so when the Giant from Scotland came over and saw the "Baby" of the Irish giant he fled back over the Causeway breaking it and here remains the ruins of their Causeway.

Standing next to the Giant's Boot, gives perspective to his actual size. No wonder the causeway broke into pieces!
Exploring Belfast...
Peace Walls in Belfast might separate the Catholics and Protestants but they can't suppress the creativity of the Irish. The ugly walls are transformed into works of art within the community.
Gone but never forgotten, those who perished on the RMS Titanic are remembered in the city where the luxurious ocean liner was built.
